General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the a4444 platform and all its associated services. Here, "platform" refers to the a4444 website, mobile version, and other digital services.

In these terms, the words "we", "our", or "platform" refer to a4444, and the words "you", "user", or "member" refer to any person registered on or accessing the platform.

These terms have been prepared in Bengali and that is the authoritative version. If a translation exists in any other language, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account at a4444, logging in, or using any service on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms. If you disagree with any part, you should not use the platform.

Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on the a4444 platform and use any of its services, you must be at least 21 years of age. An account belonging to a minor will be closed at any time without notice, and all balances in that account may be forfeited.

2.2 Accuracy of Personal Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and your own. Opening an account with false information is a direct violation of these terms. Information required at registration:

• Full name (as per national identity card)
• Date of birth
• Valid mobile number
• Active email address
• Payment information (any approved method)

2.3 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same identity, from the same device, or using the same payment method is prohibited. Violating this rule may result in permanent closure of all accounts.

Account Management

3.1 Password and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. We strongly request that you do not share your password with anyone. If you notice any unauthorized access to your account or any suspicious activity, please notify our support team immediately.

a4444 will never ask for your password or OTP by phone, email, or any other means. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent immediately.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activities carried out on your account. Sharing, selling, or transferring your account is strictly prohibited.

3.3 Identity Verification

a4444 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. For this purpose, you may be asked to provide a copy of your national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification. If verification is not completed within the specified time, account activity may be temporarily restricted.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently supported on the a4444 platform:

• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Sonali Bank, and other scheduled banks

4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Deposit or withdrawal requests below the specified limit cannot be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawal requests are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, identity verification or security review may require additional time.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be met to be eligible for a withdrawal:

• All account information must be correctly verified
• If an active bonus is present, the specified wagering requirement must be fulfilled

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

a4444 offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and can play with a total of ৳3,000. Or if you deposit ৳6,000, you can receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳11,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing bonus winnings. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each member will receive only one welcome bonus
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; it can only be used for playing
• The bonus may be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not met within the specified period
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household, device, or IP address is prohibited
• a4444 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus

5.4 VIP Program

a4444 has a five-tier VIP program. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier: Bronze — up to 0.3%, Silver — up to 0.6%, Gold — up to 0.9%, Platinum — up to 1.2%, Diamond — up to 1.5%. Advancement to a higher tier depends on playing activity and overall participation. The right to modify VIP benefits is reserved.

Fair Play Policy

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

a4444 is committed to fair and transparent outcomes in all games. The game engines used on our platform are independently tested, and the outcome of every game is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.2 Software and Technical Errors

a4444 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bet and refund the staked amount if an abnormal result occurs due to a technical error, server outage, or any other reason. This decision will be considered final.

6.3 Game Provider Rules

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the a4444 platform:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds

• Threatening, harassing, or insulting other users
• Gaining an unfair advantage through automated software, bots, or other technical means

• Theft of account information due to your own negligence
